Comprehensive Ayurvedic Consultation (2 visits)

An in-depth consultation to explore your unique constitution, current imbalances, and health history. Following your visit, I develop a personalized Ayurvedic Assessment Summary and phased Care Plan — then meet with you the following week to walk through your recommendations together.
Guidance includes dietary, lifestyle, and herbal support tailored to your constitution. Herbal formulations are available separately. Phase 1 check-ins are included.
